Thank you for shopping with Issa Vibe Detroit Boutique! We appreciate your business and want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before completing your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our merchandise, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items.

Exchanges

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged for another size or item when available. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order or purchasing your item in-store.

To qualify for an exchange, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • Free of stains, makeup, perfume, smoke, or other odors
  • In its original condition with all tags attached

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning an item for an exchange unless the item was incorrect or defective when received.

Non-Returnable Items

For sanitary and safety reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including accessories or other personal-use items where applicable. Clearance and sale merchandise is also final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact Issa Vibe Detroit Boutique within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and make it right.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Issa Vibe Detroit Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Issues involving packages marked as delivered may require a claim or investigation with the carrier.

Customers selecting In-Store Pickup are responsible for picking up their orders within the communicated pickup period. Please verify your merchandise and sizing when picking up your order.
